If you're from Croatia (as I am) politicians will tell you this is an accusation toward the Croatian army about a massacre during the war in Croatia. The truth is far from that.
This is a movie about United Nations watchers, Danish army, that were present during the massacre that occurred in their proximity and they did nothing to avoid that. People, harmless, ill, civilians, were killed, while Danish soldier were watching it happening. The movie inquire responsibility of Danish soldiers and examines the possibility of avoiding the killings. That's all. No accusation, just a movie about human responsibility.
A good documentary to watch.
