No Spoilers. I enjoyed this movie a lot. It was well written and well acted. It kept me interested all the way through, a new idea to thriller movies and i liked it. Its more of a mystery/ thriller but it succeeded in keeping the audience guessing where things were going. I feel Paola Bontempi is an amazing actress who really did a great job selling the gravity of the situation. Her fear and the variety of emotions portrayed were really good. I might have to search for more of her work. I give it 10 stars for keeping me interested which is hard enough for subtitled movies but the glass coffin succeeded.
Ummmm...ok it's a little artsy..a little of a thrill..unique in its own setting...a little of a lie as there is no nudity despite disclaimers saying there is..and very little cohesiveness.
A supposed award winning actress on her way supposedly to a supposed award banquet to collect her supposed accolades over her 20 year career. Oh yes and picked up in a high tech limo with all the technology gadgets and some recreational goodies..so the ride begins... After her husband calls her to advise he can't make the ceremony. The doors lock..windows shuttered...a voice then advises her to do everything she is told or nasty things will happen to her. The driver cannot be seen and does not respond to her pleas, in any way. She is ordered to remove her clothes, refuses and a chauffeur enters and beats her..it is evident she is being held hostage. Mind games ensue from there and other than a bit of blood..a supposed anal rape scene (you would never know what it was supposed to be) and the revealing of who this mysterious voice really is.and why she is being put through this ordeal,.the movie kind of does a 180 into oblivion. Oh, and she never does take her clothes off as ordered or else! I won't give away much else as there isn't really much to disclose. The filming is great cinematography..acting is on par for basically a one actor movie and the idea had so much more potential.its not a bad movie but leaves you longing for more action..drama and mystery. Maybe next time but this coffin is still open...5 out of 10....... Darryl Arrand.

I have a deep love for foreign horror and this one did not disappoint. The acting was amazing and it got VERY tense. Definitely a watch for fellow foreign horror movie fans.
The reveal ongoing ridiculous torture, combined with the prisoner never truly listening to directions.
No explanation as to how she got the part over her tormentor.
Not even an implication that she performed lewd acts to get the part. No explanation as to why the pornography actress tormentor lost her part.
The acting and scenario are descent enough for 50% of the film and the big reveal. Then you might as well finish this lame excuse for a solo act with a rapist /slave driver. That one who watches this feels like they are trapped in a glass coffin. There's no place to go, you can't change the channel, you were chosen for torment by pressing play...KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE LOCKED IN A GLASS COFFIN!

So this is a twist on a hostage type movie. We have a nice looking lady who gets into a limo expecting to go to some sort of reward ceremony. When it becomes obvious that the ride has taken too long, we learn that there is a malicious agenda about to unfold and it has nothing to do with an award ceremony.
I think it is always a challenge to present a film in a single location. There is a lot to consider when trying to keep the viewer's attention in such limited conditions. This film wasn't bad. There is an attempt to create an ominous tone and I thought it was decently done. The confined space along with the use of lighting really gave a claustrophobic feel to the situation. I also enjoyed the complexity of the situations presented to our main character. These things made the film enjoyable to me.
It wasn't without its faults. While watching, you understand what is going on but, for me, the story was really convoluted and should've been explained a little better.
All-in-all, it is not a bad film.
