This pilot has a lot of creative and fun ideas, That could actually make a great and fun animated series, The backspace world is pretty cool looking and interesting, I like the mix between 3D and 2D animation, Looks like something out of The Amazing World of Gumball.
I like the quirky female lead and her friends, Even though I think their were pretty ugly.. Like way too ugly, Like, Okay I get it, The whole concept of the show is that these characters are bad drawings and bad ideas that got deleted and that's why they are this ugly but still, They are not very pleasing to look, Especially their colors, They seriously hurt my eyes, But other than that, The character design is pretty great.
I felt like the villain was pretty unnecessary though, The backspace world is already interesting enough, I don't think they needed a villain to spice things up but hey, I think they had to do it.
So yeah, This was a pretty great pilot episode that I wouldn't mind seeing a full series or even a mini series at this point, But unfortunately I don't think this cartoon will ever see the light of day, It's been like 5 years now since this dropped and as of now.. Nothing, We don't even know if this thing is still in development or not, So that's pretty unfortunate, But hey at least we still have this!
