A woman is found in leather S & M clothing, obviously in a submissive state, crucified. Someone has gone too far and killed her. Dicte becomes obsessed with the case which is very complex, due to different layers of confusion. She even attends a place where people do all these weird, masochistic things, so she can find out if this woman had a lover. The husband of the woman is conflicted because he had allowed her to satisfy her odd urges. The other subplot is that Dicte is becoming an overwhelming figure in her friends and family's lives.
