Broken - Part 1

Under pressure barrister Faith returns home after a case breaks down, and suffers a terrifying ordeal with a motorcyclist, days later, body parts are discovered, Nikki tries to identify them as Faith's, and races against the clock to see if she's still alive.

Definitely a good start, it grabbed my attention, good old traditional Silent Witness traits, a victim, the guest cop, and body parts and dissections, enough to put you (and me!) off a KFC.

At this stage, I'm not so sure it's Stefan, I feel a little bit sorry for him, not sure he's the murdering type.

Jack delivers the best line of this series so far, 'Your mum looks like she could use a shave.'

I wasn't aware of writer Kathrine Smith prior to this episode, but if this is an example of her work, please come back soon.

I absolutely loved DS Blake, what a quality performance, Gloria Obianyo was excellent, I'd love to see her return.

Lisa Palfrey excellent also as DI Fisher, The straight talking Detective with the rather direct approach, surprisingly her first time on the show.

Why did she get out of the car?
