Jerry Butler and Paul Thomas make a fine team in new footage to present a series of porn clips in this entertaining VHS feature that defies the curse of the "loop-carrier".
That's because the series of clips, some of which feature Butler or Thomas in previous roles, almost make sense thanks to the clever intros. Butler in the new footage is dressed in his tux, a bridegroom who just learned his bride to be has been sleeping with the Best Man, and Paul Thomas plays a homeless bum who tries to convince Jerry to get over it.
A couple of classic porn scenes are reprised here: Butler improvising amusing quips like crazy in a scene rehearsing with Nina Hartley from PT's feature "Romeo and Juliet", in which Robert Bullock plays their theater director.
Even better is PT himself contemplating suicide, with all the proper equipment at the ready: knife, gun, pills, etc., when the hotel maid Viper comically pours out her troubles, and sex together saves them both. In this scene there's an amazing touch of PT humping VIxen doggystyle holding on to a noose he's placed around her neck. Scene is taken from "Hotel California".
