Only excuse for this lame Wicked release is to satisfy contract commitments to the label's roster of stars: so we have Jessica Drake starring plus Kaylani Lei and Alektra Blue in uninteresting supporting roles.
Uncredited script is quite poor, presenting the most predictable of rom-com structures: best friends destined to become lovers. Drake opens the show having an erotic dream about making love to her years-on boyfriend Rocco Reed, with an engagement ring and proposal of marriage following the cumshot.
But it's only a dream, and Rocco very callously calls it splitsville between them on a date, deeply insulting Jess. It's perhaps the only genuine scene in the entire movie.
Providing a shoulder to cry on for Jess is co-worker (at a newspaper run by snooty son (Dane Cross) of the owner, Kris Slater, her best friend. Awkward script structure haw Slater and Drake getting together early on in the show, while their XXX scene is saved for last.
Kaylani Lei plays Dane's ditzy girl friend, while Alektra Blue is a stripper girl friend for Blade, just in the cast to have sex for their fans to watch. A lovely brunette plays a character named Marie at the newspaper who goes uncredited (because she has no XXX action).
