Goodbye

OK, full disclosure, I had already stopped watching this show mid-way through this season. I only watched this one because the Law & Order series had completed their seasons last week.

I think this episode is emblematic of the problems this show has had in the last few seasons - too little courtroom and too much personal TAC soap opera.

Perhaps the whole idea of the show could not have been sustained, and we were lucky to get six seasons. So many other procedurals are also finding it hard to come up with something new every week.

I suppose at least the show's producers ended things on their own terms, and spared us the unresolved cliff-hanger.

It was nice while it lasted, time to move on.

I would have rated it higher if Benny had made an appearance ... or at least have been mentioned. He was a HUGE part of this show for me and should have been made part of this episode in some way. My apologies, if I missed it somewhere.

The penultimate episode was good, setting up for a fine finale. Sadly the denouement is contrived, a little ridiculous and lacks credibility as a story. Of course it is followed up with trite, saccharine goodbyes, being the last episode that is forgivable.

Bull has provided me with great entertainment over the years for which I am grateful. It has had its ups and downs, yet overall it has been enjoyable and entertaining courtroom drama and perhaps it is bowing out at the right time.

I agree with the earlier reviewer that the ending was somewhat forced, in the sense that the resolution was not as satisfying as usual. Still, the problem led into the "Goodbye" and made enough sense to finish the series. (Yes, the other reviewer was right that in the real world this would have created the proverbial can of worms.) Anyway, I'm very sad to see this series go. I almost always enjoyed the interesting episodes and smart resolutions. I wish CBS would consider renewing "Bull". So, how about it?

Bull has been a groundbreaking to series Every episode had me enthralled and the acting and writing excellent Michael wetherly should be so very proud of his work creating such a believable and likeable strong character as Jason Bull It's been an exciting 6 years and I will miss it so very much The last 2 episodes were wondergul full of power and emotion with a fitting end to a great series I really wish this series was still going but I fear it it's not Thank you all in bull for the concept and imagination to bring a series that captures the intellect and doesn't have much unnecessary gore One of a kind Will miss you Thank you for 6 wonderful years.
