As a huge fan of the original I'm trying...

Three episodes in and I'm trying my best. Aside from the obvious issues, bad acting, terrible CGI and over the top wokeness, the story is just not good so far. I hope it will get better. I'll keep trying for now.

From the perspective of a non original fan.

I love this show. I can forgive the wokeness, because the whole movie has reality to the mix. I would say, if the time travel displacement where to happen in real life, the show is the kindest nicest situation it would be.

If it were reality, non citizens would even have it worse. When I watched the Original last week, it felt bland to reality. (I won't critique the graphics/CGI due to its production date), and it does not bring to bear human nature.

I appreciate the show.
