Smash Pictures takes a leaf out of the Brazzers playbook with this poorly done Kevin Moore series of vignettes. One starring Jayden James and Johnny Sins as nurse and doctor humping a chintzy exam room seems an exact carbon copy of many Sins' vignettes for Brazzers' "Doctor Adventures" series.
Anal sex is included with the late great Shyla Stylez in a fetish nurse costume (latex included) servicing doc Sean Michaels for IR content, while two creampies are presented by nurses Aletta Ocean and Tara Lynn Foxx. Oddly enough, Kristina Rose is on hand to wiggle her big rump but sticks to vaginal sex for a change.
