In a world full of troubles, slip away for 45 minutes and enjoy the simple things in life. This programme isn't about the extravagant properties, it's about nature, mindfulness, the joy of being and of friendship. I loved it.

In the current climate of neurological bombardment, this is a tonic for the mind. I enjoyed Channel 4's Canal Journeys and since they have ceased making them, I went looking for an alternative. Sandi is just pleasant company, gregarious and affable, she makes whomever she is sharing her 'escape' with have a pleasant experience. Some properties are interesting, others cosy - it inspires my interest in travelling. What a wonderful way to show us the broad range of places to visit in the United Kingdom/Ireland. There a plethora of blessed property owners in this world, and yet, this programmed is not in the least bit boastful, just appreciative.
