The film ends with a fading close-up of Moana, after which the writing appears: « Moana died at the Hotel De Dieu in Lyon, on 15 September 1994 ». Subsequently, while the credits roll, audio excerpts are heard from the real interview with Moana Pozzi done by Baudo with her saying at the end: "No, I'm not sorry. I was just talking about it with my mother days ago, I told her I'm sorry you're upset, but I would do everything I did again."
