This story is inspired from ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS TV show, OK, no one can deny it. But I don't know what director Jean Pierre Mocky has to do with it, in terms of atmosphere, acting, style, gimmicks...It is not a bad story, a young man who has a sweetheart and a mistress and from this point, you deal here with a foreseeable and not boring but forgettable plot. Hitchcock? Yes, of course, but Mocky, not necessarily. But after all, who else would have hired Arielle Dombasle to play in an episode? Who else? Only Jean-Pierre Mocky was brave enough to use such a lame "actress". But it is not the worse of the series.
