Plot In A Paragraph: Barney and Ted are convinced women are attracted to Gael simply because he is from out of town. So in an attempt to pick up two chicks, they decide to claim to be from out of town. Meanwhile Robin (as Barney predicted) is slowly getting fed up with Gael and his attitude to life now she is back in New York.
Neil Patrick Harris is so good as Barney Stinson, you can forgive this episode almost anything which is just as well because there Is not much else to write about here. The Robin story quickly runs its course and I could not wait for her scenes to end.

- TriviaIn old Marshall's office in the end, there is a cutout from a newspaper where the headline is "N.Y.C lawyer captures 'Ness'", a reference to how much Marshall adores the Loch Ness monster.
- GoofsWhen Robin slams the bedroom door after brandishing her gun to Gael's house guests, you can see the wall/door structure "wobble" from the force of the slam. Obviously, the set walls aren't as sturdy as a wall within a New York apartment would be.
- Quotes
[Robin's recent relationship with an Argentinean named Gael and her switch to more natural habits after her trip are being discussed by the characters at the bar]
Barney: Please... vacation romances have an expiration date. Gael's got a 'best if banged by' sticker on him. Once your romance starts to stink, you'll dump his ass down the drain like sour milk, and go back to being "unevolved Robin", the one we actually like. Back me up here, Ted.
Ted: I'm just happy Robin's happy.
Barney: I'm telling you: Within three days...
[Gael approaches]
Lily: Oh, here he comes - switch to big words.
Barney: Within a triad of solar periods, you'll recognize your dearth of compatibility with your paramour and conclude your association.
Robin Scherbatsky: My journey was transformative, and I reassert my commitment to both the aforementioned paramour, and the philosophies he espouses.
Gael: What are we talking of? Baseball?
Barney: This is all going to return to masticate you in the gluteals. Support my hypothesis, Ted.
Ted: I'm just jubilant my former paramour is jubilant.
