The comforter set in Stacey's room has been used in other bedroom sets in BBC productions - Maria's room in the The Sarah Jane Adventures (2007) episode Invasion of the Bane (2007) and the children's room in the Doctor Who (2005) episodes Silence in the Library (2008) and Forest of the Dead (2008).

Goofs
Gavin tells Stacey they're leaving BIllericay at 0900 and will be in Barry Island for 1200.

Even with empty roads that journey is over 200 miles would take close to 4 hours, closer to 5 if you left at peak traffic time of 0900.
