    A Big down in quality...

This is not the spin city we know, Spin city is not Kaitlin and Charlie... Spin city is Paul , Stuart Carter Nikki Stacey James. But mostly Mike ! Now without Mike James Nikki its hard to be Interested in Charlie and Kaitlin, there are not Funny... Or a least far from Michael J Fox.

6/10 worst spin city episode ever ( by far) Still Sttuart and Carter save the day.

An enjoyable watch for the third episode of season five.

This episode begins with Charlie trying to learn Spanish with the help of cassette tapes. When Caitlin enters and finds Charlie working with the tapes, she believes that he is studying Spanish to help the Mayor with the Latino voters. Caitlin is very proud of Charlie. But actually Charlie is studying Spanish because he did not graduate from college. He is trying to keep the fact a secret but it will be difficult when Caitlin leaks his Spanish studies for all the wrong reasons.

In two other side-plots, Stuart is mad at Carter for never being around, so he takes his frustrations out on Carter's dog, Rags. Plus the Mayor is wanting to be a part of an office group, so he sits a water cooler out in the main area so that people will chat about things going on in the world. With Paul being the only one that seems to care about office-talk, it looks like the effects of the water cooler will not be what the Mayor expects.

The water cooler segment had little interest other than to kill some time and let the stars get some face time, but the other stories were interesting. Charlie Sheen does a nice job as he gets to go back to college and relive his younger days. And had it not been for the nice help from Caitlin, he actually might have enjoyed the return.

There is much going on in this episode which keeps the viewer alert. And with the stories jumping back and forth, a person needs to be cognizant. Perhaps not one of the funniest episodes but one that was still enjoyable. Nice watch.

NOTE- the first episode that features Lana Parrilla as a member of the cast.
