Nanny (Juliet Mills) is in bed ill saying she feels like she's 106 years old, making the Everett kids wonder how old she is. As they ready for a costume party Butch (Trent Lehman) asks Nanny to make him a scar for his pirate garb. She asks him to look for grease paint in her trunk that belonged to her aunt. He comes across a turn-of-the-century photograph with a passport of Nanny that lists her birthdate as April 18, 1864. They begin unearthing more discoveries that seems to support an upcoming 107th birthday. The kids begin making a cake and Butch goes to a shop for more candles. Shop owners Mrs. Rumble (familiar character actress Ruth McDevitt, pet shop owner in "The Birds") and her husband Mr. Rumble (one of the most recognizable character actors, shrill-voiced Percy Helton in his final role) are shocked by the age. When they present Nanny with a cake that more resembles a porcupine, will the mysterious truth come out?
