The Ramp

Jack Castle (Lloyd Bridges) is stuck in a rut. The daily commute, stuck in traffic and stuck in a routine.

In a moment of madness, Jack Castle wants to do something spontaneous, something different. He heads off the ramp and maybe a change of pace in his life.

He heads to a bar where the regulars view this cheerful stranger with disdain and suspicion.

Before long, they too are infected by Jack's adventurous attitude. They suddenly talk to each other, become cheerful and start to look forward to something.

A young lady sings but her boyfriend is not happy with Jack.

There was an interesting story here, maybe a fantasy so I thought the ending was a cop out.
