Make 'Em Laugh

I think The appearance of the Joker in any episode makes it special.

The Dynamic Duo are called in to stop three ridiculous comics who have suddenly turned to crime. A guy who calls himself the "condiment" man, who sprays mustard and ketchup on people. Another who dresses as a rat. They are well know comedians who have gone bananas. Well, they are judges in a comedy contest and the Joker feels he is the funniest person in Gotham and needs to sabotage their appearances This should be sort of funny, but it really is not. It's just more of the Joker finally facing off with the duo and he gets nailed again. There was potential here but it was just sort of blah. Some will find it amusing.
