Some may see something not wholly commendable in the situation

This little comedy makes fun of Papa. Papa sees Sis's beau, who is a rent collector, coming out of a saloon, and he "goes up in the air." He is a strict temperance man and won't put up with such a young man, nor will he listen to explanations. This brings on another attack of his old ailment, and he goes for his medicine. Mamma had emptied the bottle and refilled it with "cooking" brandy. Pa gets a good jag. Sis and her beau make use of his predicament. Papa acts his part very well except that just for the time while he is making Sis and the beau promise not to tell, he is sober. Some may see something not wholly commendable in the situation. - The Moving Picture World, July 1, 1911
