Featured review
Jack Stephen is an untalented pornographer who tries to make a "serious" statement about relationships in "Lambody" (title is apparently a stupid play on the word lambada, that dance being a hot topic when this was shot). He fails, miserably.
Lauren Brice stars (but doesn't get commensurate billing) as a wife who is fed up with her uncaring husband Mike Horner, Apparently Jack Stephen saw Bergman's classic "Scenes from a Marriage" and while not parodying it seems to emulate the master's work. Bad move.
In fantasy scenes, but without the fantasy, Brice witnesses other couples making love and eventually wishes she was in Rio de Janeiro Instead she pops up in a nightclub named "Rio" where a stud (Blake West) makes love to her. In the end, Horner, who she has given a very hard time to and who cheats on her with Ashley Dunn right in front of Brice in one of the fantasy vignettes, returns and promises to turn over a new leaf.
It's embarrassing to watch.
