Mauro del Nero

Mauro Del Nero was born in Frascati (Rome) on 25 august 1966 and now lives in Rocca di Papa (Rome) a beautiful country of Roman Castle. He begun to study classical music and Piano at early age (8) and during his study to conservatory of Rome he began to love soundtracks of all kind of genre . So after graduating he made a Masterclass in Film Music composition with Master Francesco Santucci (co-writer musician of Master Ennio Morricone). He scored some shorts with Director Marco Marcelli "Nemus e il segreto del Tempio" (2005) , "Nemus 2" (2006) . In the meantime he began to write for Rai 1 (italian Tv) for some format as Rai Notte , director Gabriele La Porta , for many editions, then he scored an italian SitCom "Life Bites" all series on Disney Channel (Sky Tv Italia) . During year 2012 he wrote and directed for documentary "Il Genio di Leonardo da Vinci" produced by Antibe FIlm. On 2013 he scored "Amoreodio" (Lovehate") a film distributed in all italian cinemas on 2014 director Cristian Scardigno and produced by Underdog Film, a thriller based on a true story , obtaining a good success in Italy , Montreal Film Festival (Canada) and winning as best actress in Annecy film Festival (France). With Soundiva edition now he has many music distributed in many parts of the world for abroad tv program, and in 2020 he scored a short film "Mercurio D'Argento" award "Covid 19 -Test " director Sebastiano Facco , and scored a Spain Short Film "Somos Tierra" for Gil Estate soundtrack award , Directed by Augustina Macri.
