Being born and growing up in Los Angeles, Jim Keith is a true Hollywood
kid. He has worked in Los Angeles as a performer & talent
representative for almost two decades. An Advisory Board Member for Dance
Spirit Magazine (since 2006), The Young Choreographers Festival and The World Choreography Awards, he
is also a member of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (the
Emmy's) and has been published in American Cheerleader Magazine, Dance
Magazine, Dance Teacher Magazine, Gendance.com, MATEO Magazine, Dance
Track Magazine, Dance Spirit, Dance Studio Life, Dancer Magazine, Dance
Informa (Australia) and Industry Dance Magazine (Canada). You can catch
him on Answers4dancers.com & DancePlug.com where his video lectures on
dance employment and 'agent-client-relations' have been featured and
viewed by thousands of dancers worldwide. In 2009 he was a Dance Worlds
judge and in 2010 he was nominated for "Dance Judge of the Year" by the
Spirit Industry Trade Association (SITA). For the past 10 years he has
been a judge for Hip Hop International. An international governing body
that is known as "The Hip Hop Olympics" and who are also the creators
of "Randy Jacksons / Americas Best Dance Crew. In 2011 he was nominated
and selected for a seat on the USASF Dance National Advisory Committee.
His clients have choreographed and directed performances for Ricky
Martin, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Michael Jackson and
Beyonce, just to name a few.
