Pineapple was born in Ohio. His love of and need to create while being behind the camera, led to being in front of the camera, as he was always available to portray characters in the stories he created. His love of poetry led to Open Mic performances, which developed his stage presence. He performed in various states across USA, and in several different countries.
Many of Pineapple's poems have a musical rhythm, and he began writing more songs to join his poems to make his personal catalog of creations grow. Many of his poems and songs have been written from the perspective of someone other than himself, including non-human entities. His love of puzzles has caused him to create more than 100 crossword puzzles, which began at age nine. His pen name was created to identify his puzzles, which were distributed to his classmates, teachers, family, and friends.
Pineapple's theatrical stage debut was as Doctor Ginsberg in Agatha Christie's "The Patient".
