She is an award-winning executive at the intersections of tech, entertainment and politics with proven impact, including her work at the Recording Academy, Google and the Administration of United States President Barack Obama. She sits on the board of directors for Grammy Global Ventures, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the Recording Academy's Black Music Collective (BMC) as Honorary Chair.
