Lucina Paquet was born on 16 January 1922 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. She was an actress, known for My Best Friend's Wedding (1997), Groundhog Day (1993) and Novocaine (2001). She was married to Glendon Gabbard. She died on 23 May 2006 in Houston, Texas, USA.

Before pursuing acting Lucina was an English professor at Eastern
Illinois University in Charleston.

Lucina also wrote numerous scholarly articles and two books, &quot;The Dream
Structure of Pinter&#39;s Plays&quot; and &quot;The Stoppard Plays.&quot;

She received a degree in theater arts from Louisiana State University,
where she met her husband.
