The title is The Nanny's take on Il cuoco, il ladro, sua moglie e l'amante (1989).

Characters are arguing over the color of Marsha's garment. Maggie calls it green. Fran corrects her saying it's turquoise. Marsha corrects them both saying it's emerald. But the color is actually a bright teal. Teal is simply blue-green, in equal parts, so that one cannot tell whether it's either green or blue. Emerald is deep dark green. Turquoise is a bright medium blue. Depending on TV screens calibration, Marsha's outfit might even appear as Jade (a bluish shade of medium green), but certainly not as any of the erroneously aforementioned colors.
