Robert Foulk(1908-1989)

He was one of the most familiar faces in movies and television from the early 1950s through the 1970s, but many people would be strained to recall his name. He had nearly 300 credited and uncredited on-screen appearances, in roles ranging from a farmer to a judge, with more a third of them as a police officer. In particular, he appeared 20 times as Sheriff Miller on the Lassie (1954) TV series from 1958 through 1962.
