Dutch Cops

Bob and Dave are working closely with customs officers, whilst inspecting a lorry, they accidentally get trapped inside a lorry carrying pilchards, the pair end up in Holland, although Dave is convinced it's Northern Italy.

I think this is the episode I remember most from my youth, I hadn't look been in Holland, and it felt very nostalgic, but this episode is just so darn funny.

You have to wonder how dim this pair are, unable to recognise Amsterdam's most well known and famous stretch.

If you're a fan of pilchard jokes, then this really is the episode for you, it's loaded with sarcasm and one liners, Bob is on fine form here. The scenes with Captain Birdseye are also very, very funny.

Herbert Lom and Nick Brimble, two very well known faces appear here, the latter still going strong, in Granchester. Herbert Lom, one of my all time favourites, he's wonderful.

I could watch this one over and over.
