The UK release was cut, cuts required to remove sequences in which performers are made to gag during fellatio, where their noses are pinched to prevent breathing, where throats are squeezed suggesting restriction of oxygen, where dialogue encourages choking during fellatio and the restriction of breathing, and where performers are made to vomit, in order to obtain an R18 classification. Cuts required in line with BBFC Guidelines and policy, and the Video Recordings Act 1984. An uncut classification was not available.
