That's a Long Time Ago

The badge of a cop killed 17 years ago is found in a lot. His body was never found, but excavation reveals his skeleton. One of the cops has been waiting the whole time to go after the guy he assumed did the murder. But facts begin to complicate things. Don continues to deal with emotional issues from a series of shootings. Alan is sued because of a project he worked on.

Gaffes
In the end scene where Don Eppes and Gary Walker are standing over the grave of John Everett. Walker is holding bottle of alcohol that he hands to Don. Even if the bottle is not seen in a few seconds after that there is no indication that Don gave it back to Walker but next time its seen on screen its back in Walker's hand. Soon after that it again mysteriously ends up on Don's hand and stays there until he gives it back to Walker in the end of the scene.
