Robin (ukamerican) | 22 comments Is there any organization to the group reads here? No one seems to be discussing the current reads - just wondering how it works in this group?

Not that I know of...I think people just add books to the group shelf.

edit* I cleared out the group bookshelf, feel free to start a group read if you want to :)

Robin (ukamerican) | 22 comments Well, is anyone else interested in a group read? Speak up! :)

Robin,
I would be interested in a group read. However, I must tell you I am mostly a non-fiction reader. Let me know what you come up with.

Robin (ukamerican) | 22 comments That's fine, these are the non-fiction I've got on my to-read list already, if anyone is interested in any of them:

Murder of a Medici Princess by Caroline P. Murphy A Venetian Affair A True Tale of Forbidden Love in the 18th Century by Andrea Di Robilant Catherine the Great Love, Sex, and Power by Virginia Rounding Queen Emma and the Vikings Power, Love, and Greed in 11th Century England by Harriet O'Brien Cleopatra A Life by Stacy Schiff

Or if anyone has any suggestions of their own?

Would be willing to read any of the above suggestions. They all sound interesting.

Garret (ggannuch) Cleopatra: A Life Cleopatra A Life by Stacy Schiff Stacy Schiff Stacy Schiff sounds good to me, I would be willing to participate.

Robin (ukamerican) | 22 comments Okay, lets go with Cleopatra then - I've added it to the current read and put a finish date in for Jan 1, does anyone think that too long or not long enough time? I'll start a topic for a discussion too.

Diane S ☔ Sounds good! Looking forward to it.

Diane S ☔ Maybe make it for Jan. 15th, just because of the holidays. Maybe not enough time for reading with everything else. Shopping, wrapping, cooking etc.
