Zettaprime Technologies Interview Experience for React Developer

Telephonic round(June 2022): The Interviewer started with a quick introduction regarding the company. I was asked about my personal details and past work experience and Technical stack I was worked on. After 2 days of this round, I got a message from their recruitment team and I have cleared this round.

Round 1(July 2022): The interviewer greeted, and introduced themselves, and went quickly with the questions.

• She asked me to explain my projects and asked some questions on those projects. It went almost for 40 - 50 minutes regarding the front-end development with React JS, React Native, and APIs.
• Then asked me to explain the modules, and components that I have created, and questions based on hooks, lifecycle methods, routing, and class vs functional components.
• I almost answered every question with flying colors and few basic questions on ES6, var vs let vs const, hoisting, currying, CSS properties with flex vs grid, and box model.
• Later on, she asked me to delete the duplicates from an array with similar elements,
• reverse the string,
• flatten the array
• , and output-based questions on setTimeout and objects.

The outputs were clear and desired results were obtained as the interviewer asked. She congratulated in clearing the first round of the interview process.

After a week I have received an email regarding the final Technical Round which will be a complete coding round where the interviewer supposed to assign the tasks and prepare based on React JS. And I took this chance to practice more on React and geeks for geeks helped in a lot of ways.

Round 2 (July 2022): The interviewer introduced himself and gave me an insight from this technical round where I have to complete the task simultaneously orating the procedure that I am doing on screen.

• I was given a task to design an Accordion with the JSON data from the interviewer and do it as per the design he posed.
• This is a moderate task and completed with the styling and animation which took me almost 30 minutes.
• The second task was to create a TODO Application with React Native and asked me to complete with simple UI not much styling.
• As the interviewer said, I have created TODO application with proper functionality with the state hooks and better UI. The app went great with expo cli and congratulated you for clearing this coding round.

Final Round (July 2022): This is a HR round with managerial round vibes.

• She started the general Tell me about yourself question and little discussions of my activities written in my resume.
• Later she posed the problems, conflicts, and issues that I faced and resolved in the projects, basic questions on team management, and a few behavioral questions like
  • What differentiates you from others?
  • and Why should we hire you?
• She then proceeded with the salary expectations, my previous salary, and Location constraints.

A week later, I was onboarded in to the company as new React Developer from August 2022.
