Wipro interview experience for Project Engineer/Wipro turbo

Introduction:

Wipro is a global multinational corporation based in India ,Provides IT consulting services ,Information technology and business process services .They usually hire for profiles Project engineer and for Wipro turbo. Candidates who perform exceptionally in first three rounds are offered the profile of Wipro turbo.

There are four rounds in Wipro's recruitment process:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Written communication test
3. Coding round
4. Business Discussion Round

Interview process:

The interview process consist of two parts

1. Technical Interview
2. HR interview

Round 1 : written test

In this round ,there were 5 sections that are follows:

Section 1: English

1. Sentence arrangement
2. Antonym/Synonym
3. Comprehension
4. fill in the blanks

Section 2: Logical ability

1. Coding-Decoding
2. Directions
3. Blood Directions
4. Sequence of numbers
5. Clocks and calendar

Section 3: Quantitative ability

1. HCF-LCM based questions
2. Time and speed
3. Ratio and proportion
4. percentage
5. profit and loss

Section 4 : English Writing ability Test

In this round , they were given 20 minutes to write an essay for about 200 words on given topic.

Section 5 : Coding Test

In this round there were two questions on coding out of two one was easy and one was hard.

Round 4 : Technical interview (Business Discussion Round )

After clearing the written test , I received mail from that I was shortlisted for the profile project engineer. They combined Technical interview and HR interview round to one called Business Discussion Round .

They started asking questions like:

1. Introduce Yourself?
2. Asked Questions on Data structure?
3. Difference between linked list and array?
4. Basic questions about C language ?
5. Questions on array?
6. What are the types of data structure?
7. What is the difference between file structure and storage structure?
8. What are the operation that performed on stack ?
9. Storage class in c ?
10. What is DBMS?
11. What is data ?
12. Write query to find manager Id from employee table ?
13. Basic Question about java language?
14. Explain your academic project?
15. what's your role in your project?
16. What are your strength and weaknesses?
17. Are you ready relocate?
18. Why Wipro?
19. Where you want to see yourself in next five years?
20. What are the skills you want to improve before joining the company?
