Online Aptitude Test
The first step in the recruitment includes an online aptitude test. The MCQ test covers aptitude and general English. Problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities are tested in the aptitude section. Language proficiency and comprehension capability are assessed in the English section.
Technical tests and psychological tests online.
An online technical test comes next, consisting of three parts within fifteen minutes. Each of these parts consists of questions concerning data structures, DBMS, and cloud computing. This examination is meant to determine your basic understanding of the underlying ideas and skills associated with these areas.
There are two additional coding questions on array and string. These questions are at an easy to moderate level and will assess your ability to write code as well as solve problems.
The psychological test involves answering 72 questions for 15 minutes after completing the technical test. The purpose of the interview is to determine who you are as a person and what this says about your fit for the position.”
Communication Test
This communication test evaluates your ability and fluency in speech. Communication is important in the IT sector and therefore, this test enables the interviewers to determine if you can articulate yourself well.

Questions can also touch on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, as well as the matter of memory allocation. In essence, this is another chance for you to prove that you know the way out of the crisis using your technical expertise.
