Sirius is a CDW company that offers business solutions and predominantly works on Digital transformation, Cloud, and so on. There were totally four rounds. First was the MCQ round, the second was the Programming round, the third was Technical Interview, and the fourth round was the Panel Discussion. Round 1: Round 1 consisted of Aptitude, Programming, Data Structures, DBMS, SQL, and other computer concepts. It had negative marks for wrong answers. Programming questions include snippets from HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript. It also covers oops, SQL questions. Aptitude questions were moderate. Computer concepts and programming snippets had more weightage. It is a pen and paper round. Three questions were asked. Two were from strings and one from the linked list. The toughness of the questions was moderate. Round 3: Round 3 was the Technical Interview. Technical questions from Data Structures, oops, DBMS, etc were asked. The round went from around 40 mins to 50 mins. Strong technical knowledge would help to clear this round. Round 4: Round 4 was a panel discussion. Again the discussion had technical questions as mentioned above. They would appreciate honest answers. One must be confident with the answers they say.
