The Gmagick::getfilename() function is an inbuilt function in PHP which is used to get the filename associated with an image in Gmagick object. Syntax:
string Gmagick::getfilename( void )
Parameters: This function doesn’t accept any parameter. Return Value: This function returns an string value containing the filename. Exceptions: This function throws GmagickException on error. Used Image: To capture the canvas area. Below given programs illustrate the Gmagick::getfilename() function in PHP: Program 1: php

// Create a new Gmagick object
$gmagick = new Gmagick(
    'geeksforgeeks.png');

// Get the filename
$filename = $gmagick->getfilename();
echo $filename;  
?>  
Output:
This will give empty string which is default name for all images.
Program 2: php
<?php

// Create a new Gmagick object
$gmagick = new Gmagick(
    'geeksforgeeks.png');

// Set the filename
$gmagick->setfilename('geeksforgeeks.png');

// Get the filename
$filename = $gmagick->getfilename();
echo $filename;  
?>
