Manual Method: Using the Theme Customizer

Step 1: First login to your WordPress website using your user id and password.

Step 2: After logging into your WordPress dashboard, hover over the "Posts" section and click on "All Posts".

Step 3: Choose the post for which you want to hide the title of the post and then click on the "edit" link.

Step 4: After clicking on the edit link, the edit post option will appear on your screen, now hover over to the post title and then click on the eye icon to disable the title of the post.

Step 5: Finally click on the update button to save all the changes to your post.

After updating the post, the title of the post gets hidden.

Step 3: Just similar to hide the title of the post, hover over the page title and then click on eye icon the to hide the title of the page.

Step 4: After hiding the title of the post, click on the "Update" button to save all the changes to the page.

Now the title from your page gets hidden.
