Google Forms offers limited font options to choose from - Basic, Decorative, Playful, and Formal. But, you won't have any control over the font size or color. If you want to customize the form styles, you can use the add-ons for Google Forms. By using the add-ons you can specify the font, size, color & more.

How to Change Fonts in Google Forms

Changing fonts in Google Forms can be a bit limited, but I’ll guide you through the available options,

Step 1: Open Google Forms

Step 2: Click on Customize

Click the Customize Theme button (the paint palette icon) in the upper right corner.

From there, you can select fonts for the Header, Question, and Body text of your form. You can also upload a header image and change the form’s colors.

Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of built-in options. But, there's a handy add-on that can help. It's called Formfacade, and while it won't give you a ton of extra features, it does let you completely redesign your Google Forms look and feel. Think of it like a makeover for your Google Form. However, Formfacade is a paid tool. So, if you're looking for a free way to change fonts, keep reading – we might have some alternative suggestions!

How to Change the Font in Google Forms Using Add-Ons

Step 1: Open your Google Form,

Open Google Forms and click on the add-on icon, and select "Formfacade"

The FormFacade popup menu will be displayed. Select "Customize this form"

Customize the introduction popup screen will be displayed. Click on the Proceed button.

Formfacade customize admin interface will open in a new tab. Click on the gear icon(settings) next to the Form Title.

Form settings popup will be displayed. Select the "Fonts" tab. Enter the name of the font you want to use for the Heading and Form fields. Click on the Save button.(This will only work in premium or subscription)
