The ease of use. It's a simple process to start a design. The questions help make it easier for all parties to understand what you are looking for. The designs have been out of this world! My company was paying a large marketing firm for years and they still couldn't figure out our brand style and branding...and they were 10x more expensive and 20x slower. I love everything so far after a few months in.
