It's been an absolute joy to work with Phylis in recent months. She manages our PPC ads adeptly and is constantly fine-tuning and optimizing to help us see the greatest return. If there is an opportunity for helping us achieve our sales goals with different digital advertising approaches, she suggests it. Should a problem arise with how ads interface with our website, she's on top of it and recommending solutions to me or offering someone who can assist from her team. A major difference we have seen in SmartSites vs the work from our previous companies is that our SmartSites team members have gone above and beyond in trying to truly understand our business in order to create an effective strategy that will help us reach our goals. Communication, tailored PPC campaign, they got to know me and my industry well. I'm always updated on how the campaign is doing and if it's not performing well, they change it immediately. I also love my PPC campaign manager, Kolbe. He's treated me very well and has listened to all of my concerns from past marketing companies and I know he's trying his hardest to do great work and it shows. It has been a pleasant surprise to work with Anastasiia Guseva at SmartSites. My experience in the past has been push back and frustration at getting answers and deliverables.
