Over the past three years, following the acquisition, SALESmanago has undergone significant shifts in strategy, personnel, board composition, and management—changes that at times made collaboration more difficult.
We felt some growing pains, but we understood this was a necessary step for a company aiming to make major strides in technology, organization, and effective support.
Even so, the platform remains easy to use. There are still a few areas that feel more complex than other solutions, but we can already see them working to streamline these parts. Saving cost. Sales managa by using automations can be setup to save cost on your marketing departmetmens. Very inteligent tool that can save many time by setting up correct rulles and also its relatively efectively helping to increase sales of the company.

I love SALESmanago. I work with many clients on it, and the tool fits every industry. It's great that it is not a typical e-commerce tool - we have the ability to add and tag many elements, e.g., on the site, which makes it much easier to achieve both conversions and micro-conversions, depending on the set goals. They can also be changed very easily. I also appreciate the availability of many functionalities and the ability to carry out on-site and off-site campaigns. What is also very important to me is the support available to every client and overall customer care - I have used the technical team's support countless times and always received the help I needed. User Interface Can Be Improved: The UI, while functional, is not always the most intuitive and can sometimes feel cluttered. Some users may find navigation a bit complex.

- The platform is easy and intuitive—I’ve never had trouble navigating it.

There are a few areas that could be enhanced, such as more efficient A/B testing for email subjects (currently, multiple emails have to be created for testing) or simpler, faster, mass management of tags and user details.
Also, I wasn’t involved during the initial tool implementation, but there were some gaps in the integration when I started using it.
I’m not sure how this process looks like now, but I believe it would be helpful for the clients if SalesManago conducts a health check at the end of each integration. This could include verifying if purchases are being sent correctly, ensuring dashboards are tracking them properly, etc.

We have been using Salesmanago since March 2024 and we are very satisfied with the platform. We recommend Salesmanago because it's easuy to use, it's s modular and it provides various feautures at a really affordable price. We really like the possibility of high-personalization, from email marketing to pop ups and banners on our website.
