The best feature which I persoanlly liked in salesforce commerce for B2C is the integrated disruptive AI technology which is taking this product to one step ahead as compared to any other crm in the industry.
The customers get a facility to have instant interaction with the help of embedded AI technology in the salesforce commerce platform and that helps the customers to stay engaged while being in the platform page and n turns increase the time spent by the customer in the platform page and also increass the possbility of sales. The one thing which I disliked about salesforce commerce for B2C was actually it's higher price point which I felt as a bt on an expensive side and I felt that, the pprce fixing for the salesforce commerce for B2C could have been on a bit more price effective side.
