## Outreach Reviews
 ### 1. Clunky Workflow, Rigid Sequences, and Data Accuracy Issues in Outreach

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan K. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

As an SDR, I like that Outreach keeps everything in one place and makes my day easier to manage. The sequences help me stay on top of follow-ups without having to think too much about it, and it saves a lot of time on manual work. I also like being able to quickly see who’s engaging so I know where to focus.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I can feel a little clunky at times especially when you’re moving between tasks or trying to make quick updates. Sequences are great, but they can be a bit rigid if you want to customize things on the fly. Also, some of the data isn’t always perfectly accurate, so you still have to double-check before reaching out.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an SDR, Outreach helps solve the problem of staying organized and consistent with a high volume of outreach. Without it, it’d be really easy to miss follow-ups or lose track of where prospects are in the process. It benefits me by keeping everything structured - so I can move faster, stay on top of my pipeline, and spend more time actually talking to prospects instead of managing tasks.

 ### 2. Predatory Contracts

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Chief Technology Officer // Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

They sent us to collections even though we told them we gave a 30-day notice. after talking to collections they confirmed we did in fact give 30 day notice and closed the claim. a lot of wasted time and dozens of emails back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Their product is ok, but quickly going out of date - competitors and AI are rendering their solution obsolete. We would have been more willing to support them if they didn't enforce predatory contracts.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After seven years as a client of Outreach, we initially found the platform invaluable for documenting our cold outreach to potential clients. However, over time, the platform has not evolved to meet modern demands. Today, there are numerous alternatives that offer superior performance, enhanced features, more insightful reporting, and at a significantly lower cost. It is also mindblowing that their billing is still a completely separate platform with different login credentials - making billing issues brutally painful to navigate

 ### 3. Effective Campaign & Reporting Tool, Needs Autodialer Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj P. | Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I really like Outreach's campaign creation feature because it helps me maintain and keep records of every activity while reducing manual work like dialing contacts one by one. I appreciate the reporting part, with its user-friendly dashboard that allows me to track every activity easily. The feature that lets me trace all the activity made on a contact is also quite helpful. Its AI agents are superb and save time upfront during campaign creation while the reporting and dashboards ensure that time is spent effectively by guiding better outreach decisions.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The autodialer part could be improved, as we have to manually enter dispositions for each call that we make. If it could be automated, it would be great.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach automates my campaigns, solves manual dialing, and records calls, letting me track outreach without being aggressive. The user-friendly dashboard and reporting guide effective decisions, saving time and improving contact traceability.

**Official Response from Gina Miller:**

> Hi, Anuj. Thank you so much for your review! We’ve got good news—automated call dispositioning is actually possible today! Here are some quick steps to follow so that Sequential Dialer can automatically disposition your team's calls:

 ### 4. Powerful, Game-changing sales tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad S. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Their focus on AI innovation—using it to automate processes and analyze data—is the most powerful thing they’re doing to stay ahead of the curve.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Calendaring and the creation of duplicate entries can be a bit of an issue, but it’s very minor overall.

**Recommendations to others considering Outreach:**

If you are considering Outreach, I would recommend thinking about a list of processes that are currently manual that you would like to automate. Having this starting list will make your initial experience more powerful. Have some time set aside to watch the training videos so you can get the basics down.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to solve a volume problem so that we could focus on quality issues. Outreach solved that problem for us overnight. We are running at a fast clip now and can do A/B testing, open/click tracking and not worry about losing things through the cracks.

The other challenge we had was nurturing deals through the funnel with valuable, personalized content. We have a lot of content and have been able to create a large library of templates that can be deployed easily. We lose fewer deals because we are able to be consistent with follow-up

 ### 5. Couldn't live without it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres P. | Senior Sales Enablement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

There's really no better way to run through call and email tasks, the core functionality addresses a seller's needs perfectly. I also find these days that I really like how I can see previous activity from other reps, and even send emails via their inboxes, really helps when we have reps on pto.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The outreach everywhere extension can be a bit skiddish at times, when it works perfectly it feels brilliant and seamless but more often than not these days it'll have trouble connecting, take forever to load and I'll have to refresh the page, etc. I wish it was more of an sfdc integration, rather than a chrome extension.

Maybe I'm being picky, but there's a lot of visual fuzz. I miss the old days when the interface was simpler, cleaner, and only displayed the relevant info while cold calling. Now there's a ton of crap that I don't really care about on the page while dialling

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rep productivity

 ### 6. Beginner-Friendly Interface Makes Building Sequences Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashi D. | US Healthcare Experience Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

The sequences that I make, It is easy to understand and you can close and activate and move steps easily, I like the interface as it is beginner friendly

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The interface feels cluttered and takes a while to navigate comfortably. Syncing issues with Salesforce can be frustrating things don't always update in real time. Customer support has also been hit or miss when you actually need help resolving something quickly.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps sales reps consistent with follow-ups through structured sequences, so no lead gets forgotten. It's helped standardize outreach across the team, which means better results overall. The biggest win is simply saving reps time so they can focus on actual selling.

 ### 7. Outreach!!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Precision Sequencing & Automation: Being able to build multi-channel Sequences (email, phone, and LinkedIn) helps ensure that no lead or client follow-up falls through the cracks. It addresses “manual follow-up fatigue” by automating the routine touchpoints, while still leaving room for deep personalization where it matters most.

Conversation Intelligence: The AI-driven Kaia meeting assistant feels like a major win for managers. It delivers real-time coaching cards during calls and then produces structured summaries with clear action items immediately afterward. As a result, the handoff from a “Sales” conversation to an “Implementation” project stays clean and well documented.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

1. Steep Learning Curve & UI Complexity

The Issue: The interface is extremely dense. Because Outreach aims to be a “one-stop shop” for everything from sequencing to conversation intelligence (Kaia), new team members often find the dashboard overwhelming and hard to navigate at first.

The Impact: Onboarding a new hire can take weeks rather than days. Even simple tasks—like locating the right button to pause a single prospect in a sequence or tweaking advanced reporting filters - can feel like working through a “maze.”

2. Technical “Glitches” & Integration Friction

The Issue: Sync errors with CRMs (like Salesforce) or mailboxes are a recurring pain point. Users sometimes run into duplicated contacts or broken mappings, where something like a “LinkedIn Task” doesn’t properly update the lead status in the primary database.

The Impact: These small technical hurdles can disrupt a rep’s flow and momentum, forcing time-consuming data cleanup instead of focusing on actual outreach.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance: Solving the "Execution Gap"

The problem is inconsistent follow-up and "leaky" pipelines, where potential deals or project handoffs fall through the cracks because everything depends on manual tracking.

The benefit is that Outreach addresses this rigor gap by systemizing repetitive work. Its Sequences make sure multi-channel touchpoints - email, phone, and LinkedIn - happen automatically and on schedule. For my team, that translates into a 20–30% boost in productivity, because we’re not wasting time figuring out who to call next; the platform surfaces the "next best action" based on real-time engagement data.

 ### 8. Seamless Salesforce Integration, Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana G. | Activations Specialist, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like that Outreach updates fast from Salesforce, so there's no wasting time. There's ongoing support, and Outreach has been wonderful at fixing any issues I've had fast. I love that I get my own phone number, which lets people call me back, leave voicemails, or text me back, creating more trust in my sales process.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I don't like that it doesn't identify duplicate leads. A lot of the times, if there's a duplicate in Salesforce, it gives me an error in Outreach saying that this lead already exists. Sometimes I have to find it and go through hoops to find it. So, yes, the issue is duplicates correction.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to streamline my tasks. It integrates with Salesforce, saving me time as I can directly call contacts from there and manage everything in one place. This integration, along with preset task groups, boosts my workflow efficiency.

 ### 9. Streamlined Prospecting with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego S. | Inside Sales Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like that Outreach integrates with our CRM, allowing me to easily put most prospects into a sequence. It's easy to send follow-up emails automatically once the prospect is in the sequence. I find it convenient that when someone replies, the sequence stops, so I can manually reach out to the prospect. Sending follow-up and generic emails makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I would say for the pre-established name on the accounts, once you already have that in your CRM record through a specific partner, Outreach doesn't recognize that and includes the partner name on the email, and that is a bit annoying. An AI integration with the CRM to pull the correct account name would be nice, as of now I need to go to ChatGPT or other AI tools to help me and then paste on the Outreach.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to easily send follow-up emails automatically, integrate with our CRM, and manage prospect sequences. It pauses sequences for manual outreach if someone replies, making my workflow easier.

 ### 10. Powerful Sales Engagement with Outstanding Mobile Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A.J. A. | SMB & MM Sales Leader - UK , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I appreciate having Outreach for its ability to dial out and the mobile experience, which is much better than some of the competitors. Running an international team, it was really helpful knowing that my reps in England and Germany could call with no issues. The data insights were really rich and didn't require deep CRM integration. Building a predictable sales engine was important, and the data insights showed how many dials on average it took to make a connect and how many connects led to a meeting, which helped manage headcount. The mobile experience is great as I spend a lot of time out and about, and I can easily hop on the Outreach app to get those rich insights in real-time. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy. The team was very supportive and hands-on, and the solution itself isn't complicated, making it very easy to navigate, which is important for our geographically dispersed team with different levels of sales engagement experience.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Yeah. I mean, for me, it was primarily just the cost. So for a large multinational organization, the cost was okay. But as you move into smaller headcount organizations, it was just too expensive.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach for managing pipe generation and deal progression. It helps my team dial out seamlessly and provides rich data insights without deep CRM integration, which is great for tracking sales metrics on the go.

 ### 11. Great Sequence Tracking for Smarter Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like running sequences in outreach and seeing who opened, who clicked, and it helps me to prioritize who to follow up with.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I need more AI built into outreach. For example, we record our calls with Kaia and it is connected to outreach. I've then built myself my own app that scans the call recording and tells me what the pain points and growth potential are from the call and outside data, I want that available within outreach.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach helps me to build templates and sequences to share content with prospects. When I open my email outreach is tied to my email and I can easily use one of my templated emails for follow up. I also use the sequences frequently and I can see who is truly engaged and who I should do a phone follow up with. Outreach also easily integrates with salesforce to push data into my CRM.

 ### 12. Feature-Rich and Flexible for How We Utilize It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annie W. | Enterprise Account Manager , Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Outreach templates for email and call outreach is incredibly helpful for mass sending updates to my customers. My enablement team and marketing teams can upload templates and outreach (no pun intended) goals and sending those customized email communications is quick and efficient - especially helpful given I manage hundreds of customers and need to move fast! I have very easily integrated this into my workflow.

I also love the Gmail integration, specifically because I can see when & how often a customer opens an email. That insight is incredibly impactful. I have fully integrated Outreach into my daily (and hourly, honestly) workflow.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Almost too many options of tags vs. additional fields that it gets a bit busy and hard to navigate. Could be the way we utilize it, though!

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining communications to hundreds of clients, tracking calls & emails, and insights into customer engagement in when and how often they open my emails. With Outreach templates for outreach, I don't have to repopulate one email for multiple clients - instead with a few clicks of a button in Outreach I can send 1x1 emails to a mass customer list - eliminating the need to copy & paste and avoid avoidable mistakes that can occur with manual emails.

 ### 13. Seamless Customer Outreach with Powerful Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naveen Prasath C. | Enterprise Financial Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I really like that Outreach is very user-friendly. The easy integration with other tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and CRMs such as Salesforce is a big plus for me. The integrations allow us to directly pick and communicate with prospects without juggling different tools, which saves a lot of time and effort. I also appreciate the intelligence of Outreach in tracking emails and calls, and how the analytics improve our reporting processes. The initial setup was very easy, taking only about five minutes, and we've experienced no outages in the two years I've been using it. Overall, the tool has been running very well for us.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Nothing as such

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to save time and effort by directly calling prospects and integrating smoothly with Salesforce. The analytics and visibility have improved our sales team's efficiency.

 ### 14. Flexible Contact Sequencing That Empowers Managers and Reps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Sequencing contacts and being able to add your own sequences, even at a rep level - it's super flexible and empowering for both managers and reps.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

It can become a bit of a graveyard for old contacts if not maintained and cleaned up regularly. Around once a quarter, reps clear out everyone from cadence. It could also be more intuitive to see previous conversations and activity with a contact, that may have come from another rep.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach solves the problem of end-to-end tracking of outreach to a prospect, benefitting me by saving time, and keeping me more organised and targeted in my prospecting.

It also allows me and reps to see activity on contacts and accounts, to avoid reaching out to the same prospect, but also allowing to gather more context prior to outreach due to previous conversations.

 ### 15. A must have tool for every salesperson

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank S. | Senior business development manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

It perfectly organises the entire sales journey. As a salesperson, I use it the most. It's very easy to use, and the support team is very professional as well. It has a plethora of features, that help me reach to prospects easily.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The phone calls get dropped sometimes, resulting in a poor experience with the prospect. The software syncs with the in-house Freshsales CRM tool is slow.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a comprehensive list of features that organises the prospect, companies, sales sequences and reachouts all under one roof. This is beneficial for me to start my day on a good note. I know its a one stop solution for all my needs as a salesperson

 ### 16. Outreach has too many bugs to be a useful tool. I Do NOT recommend.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like that when Outreach Kaia is activated, it records meetings and provides a transcript so that it's easy review what was said when making notes after the call if needed. The reporting functions in Commit are also nice to a point.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Ever since we switched to Outreach it's been a constant battle to see what the next bug will be. My computer has had issues with Chrome crashing, which apparently is a known Outreach bug. Sometimes when we try to access a template, we get a sad emoji-looking square that pops up. You can't skip a step in a sequence without risking it breaking the sequence for some reason, which used to be possible with our previous system and is helpful when we've just reached out to a customer but still want the automatic reminder to reach out. Ring Central has issues all the time to the point I usually have to make a call separately and then log it in Outreach.
Basically, I find the buggy issues in Outreach to be more of a hindrance to my productivity than the positive elements it might have. It's also not user-friendly. It took several training sessions for us to understand where to go to find the items that used to be easy to use in SalesLoft. Their training team also needs work because the trainers we dealt with did not seem to understand what we needed and while they were willing to have several sessions with us, most of them were not helpful at all.
SalesLoft also had an amazing report function where we could customize our own reports and move the columns around to make it easy to see whichever columns the user wanted to see. It was so easy stay on top of our pipeline and make edits from the report. With Outreach, the customization is only at the company level so we are all stuck with the columns we get in the order we get them. Since several teams use Outreach we each have to deal with data that doesn't relate to us to make it work for all.
I can't stress enough how much Outreach takes time out of my day with bug issues more often than it helps me with my sales process. I do NOT recommend it.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's supposed to be helping me be more productive and efficient in the sales process. It has lots of features such as tracking calls, emails and meetings along with reports but due to how many bugs it has, I don not feel it benefits me much or often.

 ### 17. Effortless Prospecting with Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quynn A. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I really appreciate how Outreach streamlines the prospecting process by making it simple to create sequences within organizations. Its intuitive design allows me to learn where features are and how to utilize sequences efficiently, enhancing my ability to prospect strategically. The automation capabilities are invaluable, providing consistency in reaching out to contacts, which is critical for breaking into organizations. I am particularly impressed with the ability to import specific contact lists, as it allows me to maintain simplicity and relevance in my messaging on a larger scale without having to do it individually. This feature not only saves me a tremendously significant amount of time but also boosts my success rate by enabling me to track the effectiveness of my communication strategies. Furthermore, the initial setup of Outreach proved to be quite straightforward, allowing our team to quickly deploy and leverage it effectively. Linking Outreach to Gmail has been beneficial for monitoring prospects who have opted out, which enhances our communication management. Overall, my experience with Outreach is positive, and I would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I wish the actual sequences themselves didn't need to be approved by my admins. That process causes delays and adds extra steps to my workflow. I also think the process of building sequences could be streamlined to require fewer clicks, making it easier to construct them from scratch.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to automate task sequences, saving time and ensuring efficient, consistent outreach. It helps me strategically prospect, importing contact lists easily and boosting messaging success rates.

 ### 18. Effortless Sequence Management and Seamless Integrations for Efficient Prospecting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush R. | Strategic Business Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

its ability to create and manage sequences effortlessly, which makes prospecting much more efficient. It also integrates seamlessly with other tools, making it a great addition to any existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

If i have to call prospects i have to do it one by one there should be a parallel dialer

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating marketing sequences and various email and calling steps.
Outreach saves me time by automating follow-ups and keeping my pipeline organized, so I can focus more on actual conversations with prospects.

 ### 19. Great for Sales Sequences, but Starting to Feel Outdated

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan S. | Business Operations Manager, Security and Investigations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Allows us to create sequences/flows that we can then place prospects and customers into to understand better where they are in the pipeline and/or sales motion.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

It seems to be becoming a little outdated. You have competitors like Gong and Apollo, who can perform the same things but with more modules and additional functionality.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing our prospects and customers are being systematically pursued by our reps, and we know and can review the motions our reps are going through.

 ### 20. Sales Boost and Seamless Integration, Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamaine W. | Sales & Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I love using Outreach because it seamlessly connects with Nooks, creating a very smooth and easy experience for tracking my daily sales needs. The tool addresses a major issue of lack of visibility by making it super simple for us to keep everything organized. I appreciate the incredible integration Outreach has with Salesforce and Notes, as it connects smoothly with my whole tech stack, significantly enhancing efficiency. The setup process for Outreach is remarkably straightforward and user-friendly, making the transition incredibly easy. Overall, I genuinely believe Outreach is the best application of its kind, having seen many others but none compare.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I find that Outreach can be clunky at times. Additionally, I believe the integration with Nooks could be improved. Specifically, it would be beneficial if it was better tailored to handle recent interactions, like dials or emails opened in the last ninety days, for streamlined follow-ups on good conversations.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to streamline my sales process, reaching out to clients and tracking engagement effectively. It simplifies organization and solves visibility issues, making daily sales tasks smooth and efficient.

 ### 21. Outreach: The Command Center That Makes Prospecting Scalable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shohan M. | Regional sales manager, Security and Investigations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Outreach is the "command center" for our sales teams. While it has a steeper learning curve than simpler tools, its ability to automate follow-ups and provide AI-driven meeting assistance (Kaia) is unmatched. It effectively turns manual, messy prospecting into a scalable, predictable science.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

New users may find it overwhelming, requiring weeks of training to navigate the multiple layers of menus and settings. But it is worth it.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach solves the chaos of manual sales by automating multi-channel follow-ups and centralizing prospect data into one "command center." This benefits you by eliminating administrative busywork and using AI to identify exactly which deals are most likely to close. Ultimately, it transforms unorganized prospecting into a predictable, scalable, and data-driven revenue engine.

 ### 22. AI-Driven Automation That Transforms Sales Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshu Y. | Sr. Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Outreach is an excellent sales engagement platform, thanks to its AI-driven automation and comprehensive workflow tools. I appreciate these features because they streamline our multichannel outreach and deliver actionable insights for our revenue teams.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The primary downside of Outreach is its high cost and the necessity for training, which can be particularly challenging for those who are new to the platform. These factors often result in frustration during the onboarding process and when trying to scale.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach addresses our main sales challenges, such as manual prospecting, disorganized data entry, and irregular follow-ups, by automating multichannel workflows and synchronizing activities with our CRM. ### 24. All-in-One Sales Workflow, but Dialing Features Limit Calling Efficiency

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

What I like most about Outreach is how it brings the entire sales workflow into one place. It makes it easier to manage outreach, follow-ups, and the pipeline efficiently, without having to rely on multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

What I dislike about Outreach is that its dialing capabilities are limited compared to dedicated dialers. It doesn’t offer true parallel dialing, which reduces calling efficiency at scale.
There’s also no strong auto disposition feature, so a lot of call logging and updates still require manual effort. Additionally, needing to purchase and manage multiple numbers separately can be inconvenient.
Overall, while Outreach is great for sequencing and workflow management, it lacks some of the advanced dialing features needed for high-volume outbound calling.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach solves the problem of inconsistent and manual follow-ups by enabling structured sequences. It helps automate outreach across emails, calls, and tasks, ensuring no prospect is missed and every follow-up happens on time.
This benefits me by making it easy to create and manage sequences, stay organized, and maintain consistent engagement with prospects, ultimately helping me build pipeline more efficiently with less manual effort.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley H. | Revenue Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I really like the seamless integration that Outreach offers with Salesforce. This integration means our sales reps don't have to do anything to have information and outreach sent to prospects and customers automatically. The admin experience is much better in Outreach compared to the tool we previously used, Salesloft, which is one of the reasons we switched. The initial setup of Outreach was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The support, especially their chatbot.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach for automated outreach, which means our sales reps don’t have to do anything to send info to prospects and customers. Its seamless integration with Salesforce enhances this process efficiently.

**Reviewed by:** Owen J. | Pipeline Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

It’s a tool that’s been around forever and comes with all the features you need right out of the box. It does the job.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The main issues for me are the lack of new innovation, the limited customization when it comes to automations or lead triggering, and the overly complex admin portal and settings.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold calling and cold email.

I also like the automated emailing feature for sales reps and its integration with our CRM platform, Salesforce.

Sometimes it does not sync well with Salesforce. The calls don't get synced to Salesforce, which is the issue we're still working on even with Outreach support's help.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach for automated sequencing, integrating with tools like Salesforce, Invoca, and Influ2 to create leads. It automates emails and sequences, simplifying the process for sales reps and enhances CRM integration.

I like how Outreach integrates really well with systems like Salesforce and other CRMs. It effortlessly pulls data and creates reports, which is super helpful. Setting it up was a breeze, and it works great without needing any marketing specialist to create sequences for our customer engagement and prospect management. Additionally, having it integrated with tools like Calendly and Zoom helps streamline our processes.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

nothing specific that I dont like

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Also like the linkedin option to directly connect with others through a link. I use it every day and it is the primary CRM I use. It integrates great with SalesForce and Linkedin. Very easy to use. Have not had to use customer support so far.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I don't have anything I dislike about Outreach that I can think of.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of calls and also noting conversations. Also lets me know when a prospect has opened an email so I can follow up with them. Helps me get through the sequences seamlessly. I love the product and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

 ### 30. Streamlined Outreach with Seamless Integration

I think the exporting from Salesforce could be a little better, in terms of updating company names when individuals move to a new company.

In Outreach I love the most that is easy to use, and all the possibilities (from my operational perspective) I like the automations, the easy list creation, bulk updates etc.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

It would be super helpful if there was an option to change sequencer on more Prospects that are in different sequences at once. That is the only thing that I can think of at the moment.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits us by increasing team productivity, improving forecasting accuracy, and giving leadership clearer insights to optimize performance and scale operations efficiently.

 ### 33. Best tool for outreach as BDR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casper P. | Team Lead Business Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Our Business development and Sales team globally use Outreach. Literally every employee in those teams. It's a great tool in many aspects, and we use their functionalities widely and each day. We have it integrated with our CRM system, so it has all the data of our accounts and prospects we need. We then use Outreach for all of our multi channel sequences. This works as a perfect machine. We also use Outreach for calling our prospects (from our PC), which also works very well and provides you with a lot of settings to configure and fine tune. The emails are integrated with our email tool which allows us to track the activity. The dashboard and reporting functionality is also very detailed and easy to filter through or customize depending on what you'd like to see. Overall it's a great tool that each of us uses every day.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

There's nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that for new team members it can take awhile to get familiar with all of the different features.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to sell our software and getting into contact with the right people at organizations that we go after is complicated and time consuming. What Outreach solves for us is by providing clear structure and a proven way of working. It's easy for new employees to get started with the tool and follow the processes. It's also nice to have all of the important features such as sequences, emailing (+tracking), calling and complete dashboards & reporting in one tool.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach helps me stay on top of my day-to-day tasks, especially when it comes to tracking my touchpoints with prospects, and that really matters a lot to me. It also saves me a lot of time.

 ### 35. Intuitive Interface with Excellent Note-Taking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like the user interface of Outreach; it's very easy to use and intuitive. I also like Kaya, the note-taking bot, which does a good job at summarizing meetings, allowing me to send out quality follow-up emails. Additionally, Outreach was very easy to learn. It's really handy to reach out to different prospects under the same account and track all those conversations in an easy-to-view dashboard. It also facilitates communication with other team members.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

The Chrome extension is very nice to have, but it is often slow.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Katherine T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like the ease of use and the integration Outreach has with Orum for our calling. This really enhances the platform because they have a strong partnership.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Sometimes there are tasks that get bottlenecked that I want to move forward, but I have to go to a specific setting to be able to do so. I can't do it in mass. Additionally, I can't re-add people to the same sequence twice, which is a little bit of a bottleneck.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach for sequencing outbound emails and staying up-to-date with prospects. It helps me stay on track with who I need to reach out to at what time.

 ### 37. Insightful Analytics, But UI Needs Work

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Owen J. | Pipeline Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I really appreciate how Outreach integrates leveraging new AI tools which has streamlined our workflow significantly. The analytics feature is another valuable asset, greatly enhancing my ability to interpret data easily and make informed decisions. Additionally, the platform serves as a centralized hub for prospect database management, tracking and setting meetings, and keeping detailed account information and notes. This integration allows me to sort through prospects and their information efficiently, making my daily activities much smoother and more organized.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I find the homepage's UI to be inadequate, lacking an intuitive layout that facilitates easy navigation and quick access to essential information. I would like to see real-time statistics around call tasks, which are currently missing. This makes it challenging to monitor and manage call activities effectively. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a comprehensive view, like a single pane of glass for all my sales reps' current call tasks for the day. Furthermore, although I was not present during the initial setup, our admin mentioned that it was a cumbersome process, indicating potential difficulties for new users.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach for managing prospect database, setting meetings, and organizing account information, which streamlines sorting through data and leveraging AI tools enhances our workflow.

 ### 38. Intuitive, Easy-to-Navigate UI Makes Note-Taking Effortless

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

We can’t dial multiple people at once like a dialer, and we need to pay for a dialer separately.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business outreach—sales, marketing, and support.

 ### 39. Optimize Prospecting with Efficient Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura N. | Business Development Representative II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

I like the ease of creating sequences and the direct integration with Salesforce and LinkedIn. Additionally, it integrates really well with various platforms. It also optimizes my time, ensuring that the information is accurate. The initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Greater customization .. that uses artificial intelligence to know what industry it is and help with customization

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Outreach to organize prospects, follow up on opportunities, and analyze email statistics. It optimizes my time and ensures accurate information, integrating well with platforms like Salesforce and LinkedIn.

 ### 40. Outreach cut me off without notice, unresponsive ever since, and left me scrambling to rebuild

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert P. | Founder, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

The software itself is fine — it does what most other sales engagement platforms do: manage sequences, track activity, and support outreach campaigns. But frankly, that doesn’t matter if the company behind the tool treats customers the way Outreach has treated me.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

Outreach terminated my account without any notice, warning, or communication whatsoever — despite the fact that my account was on automatic renewal and had been active for several years. One day I simply could not log in, and when I reached out, I was told the only way to get access back was to buy five licenses I don’t need, at a much higher cost.

This is a forced upsell by cutting off existing customers — and it completely contradicts their own Terms of Service, which require:

- 60 days’ notice before changing fees,
- 30 days’ written notice to terminate auto-renew, and
- Notice before suspending an account for billing issues.

Outreach provided none of those notices.

Worse, after that first and ONLY curt response from their sales rep, the company has been virtually unresponsive. I escalated my concerns to multiple sales leaders, VP-level contacts, and customer success — and received no reply for days. Outreach is happy to send a dismissive upsell email, but not to address the fact they cut off a long-time customer without explanation.

Because of this, I have lost access to my own data stored in the platform. That means years of history, records, and workflows are now inaccessible to me. I now have no choice but to rebuild everything — sequences, integrations, automations — from scratch in a new software. That process is not just expensive, it’s highly disruptive to my business operations.

This is not just a bad customer experience — it’s unprofessional, predatory behavior. Outreach clearly does not value small or mid-sized clients. If they decide your account is no longer worth their time, they will simply cut you off without warning, ignore your complaints, and leave you scrambling.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach isn’t solving problems for me anymore — it created them. After years as a paying client, my account was cut off without notice and I lost access to all my data. Instead of solving sales engagement challenges, Outreach has left me with a bigger problem: I now have to rebuild all of my integrations, automations, and sequences in an entirely new platform just to get back to where I was.

Any initial benefit I got from automating outreach has been completely erased by how they handled my account. Outreach isn’t helping me close deals or scale sales — it’s forcing me to waste time and money migrating to a competitor because they abruptly locked me out and refused to respond.

**What do you like best about Outreach?**

Love the ability to build marketing and communication content to be used across the org, and its ability to measure success through meaningful analytics.

**What do you dislike about Outreach?**

I wish they made it easier to make bulk actions. I often find myself taking a screenshot of a list of prospects to remember who I'm taking out of one sequence to put in another.

**What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach helps our sales team stay organized in both collaborating and sharing sales comms content, but also tracking open/click/response rates and activity logs of all outbound and inbound communication, allowing us to hone our verbiage and perform more customized/tailored and thoughtful prospecting.

 ### 47. Innovative AI, but concerns about the impact on human lead workflows
