What do you like best about Credly?

Just wanted to say—I love Credly. It makes recognizing and celebrating accomplishments so easy and meaningful. Whether it’s highlighting team milestones or showing off individual growth, Credly takes the guesswork out of digital credentialing and turns it into something people actually get excited about.

It's super intuitive, it feels modern (not clunky like a lot of internal tools), and honestly… it just gets it when it comes to making people feel seen.

What do you dislike about Credly?

While the platform is pretty intuitive for earners, the backend can feel a bit less polished. Admins might need to click around a lot to set up pathways or bulk issue badges, which could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Credly?

The software is intuitive and extremely easy to use. The provided templates make uploads simple. The amount of user support resources they have created is staggering - all easy to understand, easy to link, etc. Their marketing templates were very helpful when we launched our campaign as well. What do you dislike about Credly?

The least smooth process is processing renewals, but I think that's because I am missing a step and process them manually, rather than figure out what I'm doing wrong and get the process right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Credly?

We'd never be able to provide certifications in the way we do now if not for Credly. We had a designer put together some beautiful badges and then uploaded those to Credly. We created a framework on our courses that matches what we did for Credly, and now people who want badges can get them! No one else in our space is doing this and it lends us a ton of credibility when students post their badges to Linkedin! Customer service is really solid and wants to help you with any issues. What do you dislike about Credly?

As an issuer, I appreciate the streamlined platform for awarding digital credentials that are visually appealing, secure, and instantly shareable. It adds real value to our professional development programs by helping recipients showcase their skills in a credible, portable way that employers recognize. What do you like best about Credly?

Credly is an easy-to-use platform that allows you to create bespoke certificates and track their acceptance and social shares. More importantly, the Credly badge offers a one-stop location for including everything that goes into the credential. I looked at a number of online badge/credential providers and Credly was the easiest to use, in my opinion. Also, they have very responsive customer service. What do you dislike about Credly?

Credly may not be a good option for organizations who do not award badges in large numbers. They appear to have no pricing plan to cater to small organizations that offer dozens or a hundred badges annually. What do you like best about Credly?

Credly is a very powerful digital credential management and earning platform, especially on issuing, earning, and sharing verified badges and certifications seamlessly. The interface is user-friendly, allowing one to navigate around with easy operation. It gives excellent visibility and credibility to professional people and organizations by integration with a number of learning management systems and social media platforms. While Credly offers many strengths, its pricing model can be a bit steep for smaller organizations or individual users. Additionally, some users have reported that the initial setup and integration with existing systems can be complex and time-consuming. What do you like best about Credly?

-The badges issued through Credly provide visible, portable, and verifiable evidence of faculty engagement in training and skill-building. This includes areas such as instructional design, online learning, accessibility, and course quality standards.

-Badges such as “Canvas Advanced Tools,” and “Online Course Design Fundamentals” align with national best practices and support faculty. Badges are easy to issue manually. Credly has been easy to implement and seamlessly integrate into our internal systems. The customer support team is responsive and efficient - a pleasure to work with. They also provide a wide range of useful, ready-to-use resources that greatly support our implementation and ongoing usage.
