Boostup is very seamless when updating opportunities. There is no / limited need to update from Salesforce. This saves hours per week! Boostup is also very reliable, as I haven't had any issues over 3 years of using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not a major fan of the design changes - specifically the change from easily clicking your pipeline, best case and commit deals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how intuitive it is with Salesforce. I handle hundreds of accounts a quarter and BoostUp saves me time and effort in keeping on top of key accounts and their appropriate forecasting.
I use it as my running to-do list of accounts throughout the current and next quarters. It also makes it easy to explain trends I am seeing in real time with my bosses. There's a lot the platform can do and I realize I am just utilizing a portion of what its capable of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main downside I run into is sometimes the filtering doesn't filter how I want it to in the moment. Most likely user error on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp.ai has truly transformed the way I have visibility into the ROI and forecasting. As a manager and user, I've found the platform incredibly intuitive and efficient. One of the standout features for me is its seamless integration with Salesforce.

BoostUp has been a game-changer for my workflow, providing an organized and accurate way to track my opportunities and forecast deals each quarter. The seamless integration with Salesforce makes it even more valuable, as it allows me to pull in relevant data effortlessly, keeping everything centralized. The platform’s insights allow me to stay on top of my pipeline without any guesswork or last-minute surprises. I love how intuitive it is to use, making it easy to keep my focus on strategy rather than tedious tracking. BoostUp has truly transformed the way I manage my deals from start to finish, giving me the confidence to stay ahead each quarter! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface can be a little daunting at first but in actuality it's very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BoostUp has been a great addition to our sales operations. The platform is easy to use and provides clear visibility into our pipelines, making it simpler to track progress and spot potential risks early. The forecasting tools are accurate, giving us more confidence in our planning. Real-time alerts and insights help us stay on top of deals, and the customizable dashboards have improved teamwork and productivity. Their customer support also stands out—always quick to respond and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few reports take longer to load during busy periods, and some advanced features take time to fully master. These are small inconveniences, though, compared to the overall value the platform brings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the ability to customize your opps dashboard by filtering what columns/data appears and sorting the opp order by reporting ACV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pipeline dashboards are not very helpful and I am not sure if this is an issue with how our admin set things up, but it appears that when an opp becomes closed (won or lost), it removes that opp from being recognized and reported on as pipeline. so all it shows is the pipeline you have currently open and what time (quarter) it was opened in.
Again, maybe its an admin setting but the Deals Progression page only shows opps S3 and later. wish it was all pipeline.
I am in Commercial and have 7000 accounts. not sure what the accounts page is set up to do and how I can use it to my benefit.
The activity tab seems pointless. Idk what I can get out of 77 meetings in the last week.... are those only tracking external or internal as well? not sure.
Is there a way to see what inputs are creating the engagement and account risk scores? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Modern UI, the ability to flexibly create views and save them for later saving a lot of time flicking through screens (or opening multiple windows with the SF forecast) to quickly get a comprehensive view of my pipeline and anything that rolls up to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing that I'm missing is the ability to customise the columns displayed on a per-user basis. What I want to see is different from what my reports want/need to see, and despite the fact that I can reorder columns, I would want to view different fields for different parts of my pipeline. I like that I am able to roll up my forecast quickly, and utilize past roll-ups to make it even faster. It is a nice place to holistically understand my pipeline and opportunities for the quarter/ year. I also like that I can update fields directly in the tool and it integrates with my CRM. Makes my life way easier and I am able to use one tool for the most part! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like the new colors on the UI in BoostUp and the inability to change opps to closed lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite feature of Boostup is the ability to see the changes that have happened across the org over any selected period time and how that affects our forecast. Example: What happened to that $ amount from the Enterprise team that I saw last week? Historically this was a pain in the butt to look up in SaleForce but Boostup makes that type of question almost instantaneously available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside is that boostup doesn't quite think about renewal opportunities in the most advanced way for looking at customer retention figures. It helps, but it is not a one stop shop for forecasting proprietary internal customer metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an operations lead, its easy to use and get a holistic view of how my Sales team is doing, how each opportunity is tracking etc. Seems to be very customisable to our needs as well (at least from a user perspective). Our CSM and support team are also quick to respond. Easy connections to core apps like google suite, salesforce and zoom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could do better in enabling more granular currency based reporting. Ideally would like to be able to view in multiple currencies since regional and global targets are set in different currencies as well. Right now you can only choose one to view in at a time, and is a complicated change to switch between currencies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
