Black Crow allows us to have better insight into our Meta audiences and allows us to scale faster. You can actually see the results in the data which is helpful. Black Crow has been a game changer for my clients in improving ROAS in the mid & low funnel. If you're reading this review, you know budgets in the Ecomm space are getting tighter and tighter. We began working with BCAI to drive efficiency in Meta prospecting and retargeting campaigns in the aftermath of iOS 14.5. We quickly realized the value of the software as we used it across Meta and Google. We recognized notable improvements in profits, ROAS, and CPA. From our graciously extended trial period to our official partnership kick-off, we've been delighted with all Black Crow has to offer. The team at Black Crow does a great job of integrating important skills - data & analysis, optimization, reporting, and strategy & insights. Our account manager is super knowledgeable, and we can always brainstorm ideas together around new ways to use the tool. The trial and onboarding were also seamless and informative. Black Crow AI has been a fantastic partner. Firstly, their solution keeps its promise of helping drive increased performance on paid social, both in terms of efficiency and audience expansion. In addition to improved performance, we also gained insights from Black Crow AI that helped us assess the awareness audiences we were testing by looking at their respective "promising user rates." This score - unique to Black Crow AI - helped us contextualize the potential of each audience in terms of their likelihood to convert in the future. On top of great results and insights, the team has been responsive, strategic, and collaborative with us (the brand) AND our paid media agency.
