What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?
It's the best and least obtrusive online backup I have found. Always sinks quickly when you reconnect to the internet so you don't have to worry about incomplete backups. Love the high level of security as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?
Really don't have any complaints. Installer was hard to locate at first install, but that's really it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?
Best part of Axcient x360 Cloud is how easy it is to get setup for Office 365. It is a few clicks and then authorization and it is integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?
Currently permissions is the only issue we have and that is because if you add someone they can now view all emails of a tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Axcient X360 is a great product.
It works without fault. We're backing up some big customers O365 environments and never get any failures or concerns.
It's easy to setup, just a few clicks and the backups are starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?
Once the intial setup is complete, there is a bit of time to wait for that first backup to be taken.

The platform is a set and forget type service which we liked. Implementation was quite seemless and all seemed well until (see other feedback) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?
Until.... we tried to recover from x360. Although Im not a technical engineer (I leave that to our technical support people here) , there were a number of issues with several of my clients when attempting to recover data. I dont know the specifics but our recovery rate was 60% recover to 40% not recoverable which was troubling. As a result we switched platforms at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
