What we dislike about Slack :

Je pense que c'est bon pour la communication. J'ai travaillé avec cela pendant des années. C'est comme Skype sous stéroïdes. J'utilise Slack tous les jours pour mon travail avec Open English. Je n'ai pas eu de raison de parler au support client parce que cela a été génial. Il y a beaucoup d'autres fonctionnalités que j'ai utilisées et si faciles à utiliser. La gestion des groupes et des conversations d'équipe est très facile dans Slack et les options pour rejoindre plusieurs espaces de travail sont une décision de produit assez incroyable. We use it at the firm everyday and for everything. There was no initial training because it is userf friendly and self -explanatory, That is how we know who is who and who is available. Notifications pop out fast and your chances to get quick answers and/or replies are pretty high. You can upload many types of files and docs and the other end receives them without issues. Being able to integrate with various other products as well as being able to collaborate with co-workers in a meaningful way.
It's very easy to use and all employeeds have been able to adopt using it without issues. Being abel to implement it throughout the company in all various departments has been helpful for depertmental work, but also for collaboration across the board.
We use it all day, everyday within the company having created channels for each department.

It allows seamless communication either on phone or on lapto. we can easily check or send text through it and get the response as per availablity of the person. Slack is your go to communications channel for all types of work-related things. Group calls, threads, direct conversation with clients, can be done through a single platform. It allows you to have the ability to have private conversations with colleagues as well as do work related stuff through a single app, and I really like that.
