Their technical team has walked us through setting up things in our org and were able to help us understand what pre existed before I took over. The functionality of the tool is intuitive and many things can be setup with point and click administration. The scalability of the Product is also something that as we've used it we've seen better use cases for within our business.

The tool is very powerful and has a range of complexity. You can use pre-built pieces to get started cleaning your data quickly, but there are also advanced tools for complex queries. The onboarding was quick and the customer service has been very good.

DataGroomr was actually recommended to us by our programmers that helps us build our Salesforce environment. We upload a lot of data and mostly we get a bunch of duplicates in which DataGroomr helps a lot when we import data. The UI of it is very straighforward along with their support team
